Join us on Tuesday, July 18th as we welcome Professor Timothy B. Krebs, UNM Political Science to our July General Meeting. Professor Krebs teaches courses in American politics with a specialization in urban politics, public policy, and campaigns and elections. In addition to teaching and research, Professor Krebs serves as department chair. Prior to UNM, he taught at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Illinois Wesleyan University.
Professor Krebs has worked to compile data specific to Valencia County so he can speak to us about the changes we’ve seen over the years. His talk is entitled, “What Happened To Valencia County? A Political Scientist analyzes our political transformation”.
We will also have chance to hear from candidates who have thrown their hats in the ring for the upcoming municipal elections.
Can’t make it in-person? You may register for our hybrid Zoom meeting here.
